Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions serve as a contract between Prim Lyfe and you, the customer. Prim Lyfe will make information and services available to you, the customers, and we expect that you, the customers, will follow these rules carefully:


  • Withdraw or cancel services at least 24-hours prior to expected start time, or pay a non-refundable $25 same-day cancelation fee
  • Please call/text/DM/email as soon as possible when running late, with a new expected time of arrival
  • Consent for any private or commercial documentation will always be obtained in either verbal or written agreement by all parties involved in content creation
  • You agree to leave any valuables, including jewelry, smart devices, cash, prized belongings, etc. at home and not hold Prim Lyfe responsible for lost goods
  • Monthly subscribers agree to prebook in advanced
  • Utilize proper draping, as provided by Prim Lyfe

Return and Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 


Acceptable exchanges may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Opened products that caused allergic reaction or irritation
  • Unopened products that have not been tampered with and were purchased within 30 days
  • Products received that were damaged in transit, within 30 days of purchase


How to exchange:

  • Immediately text photos of product or skin reaction to (310) 757-0184
  • Wait for instructions to exchange product or schedule emergency visit
  • We will respond within 2 hours of contact, thank you for your patience
